Please note that access to subscription management is restricted to users with the Admin role.
Step 1: Navigate to Subscription
From the main vertical menu on the left, click on "Subscription". This will take you to the subscription management page.
Step 2: Manage Your Subscription (Web/Stripe)
For web-based subscriptions managed through Stripe, you can view your current plan, billing history, and payment methods on the Subscription page. You can also upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from this page.
Google Play Store Subscriptions
If your subscription is managed through Google Play Store, the account holder must manage it through their Google Play Store account on their device. This includes upgrading, downgrading, or canceling the subscription.
Apple App Store Subscriptions
If your subscription is managed through Apple App Store, the account holder must manage it through their Apple ID settings on their device. This includes upgrading, downgrading, or canceling the subscription.
