Please note that account deletion can only be requested by users with the Admin role.
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all stored seeds. We highly recommend exporting any seeds you wish to keep before submitting your deletion request.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
From the main vertical menu on the left, click on "Settings". This will take you to the Settings hub page.
Step 2: Export Your Seeds (Recommended)
Before proceeding with account deletion, we strongly recommend you export your seeds first:
- On the Settings hub page, click on the "Export Data" card
- Download your seeds for safekeeping
- Store the exported file in a secure location
- Return to the Settings hub by clicking "Settings" in the breadcrumb navigation
Step 3: Go to Delete Account
On the Settings hub page, you will see several setting options displayed as cards. Click on the "Delete Account" card to access the account deletion page.
Step 4: Complete the Deletion Request Form
On the Delete Account page, you will need to:
- Select a reason for deletion from the dropdown menu
- Optionally provide additional comments or feedback
Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve our service.
Step 5: Submit Your Request
After completing the form, click the "Request Account Deletion" button. Your deletion request will be submitted for review and will be actioned within 24–48 hours.
Once you've submitted your deletion request, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any doubts, click "I want to keep my account" to return to Settings.
